I downloaded the app but didn’t go no further or give access. ![]() Luckily I realised it was a scam as there were too many red flags, such as my device and Virgin not being on same network. I was contacted today by a person with a Nigerian accent claiming to be from virgin media and trying to access my device using this app. It’s no good having help sections to go to, something needs to alert people from the outset. The app is good but my review is about your lack of action on this. Many people are only getting saved by reviews. Enter the ID from this app into the Partner-ID fieldįair enough this isn’t your fault but I’ve downgraded my review as I can see you are not trying to warn people and I think you have an ethical responsibility to do so.
